Individual Psychotherapy
Individual therapy involves meeting with a therapist one-on-one for the purpose of reducing internal suffering which occurs in the form of problematic behaviors, beliefs, feelings, and somatic responses. It includes the observation, discription, evaluation, and the interpertation of a persons behavior for the purpose of preventing or eliminating symptomatic, maladaptive behavior.
We explore mental and emotional disorders, which may include fear of intimacy, feelings of being stuck, unmotivated or fears of abandoment. Individual psychotherapy helps a person become conscious of their inner world and ways to care for one self, to heal, change, and grow.
